Now that you’ve found the motivation to experience a different, more complete way to train, here’s how you find the place to do it.

The Core Performance facility in Santa Monica is designed to help members get the most out of their training and to maximize their time in an efficient manner. Members simply schedule an appointment online or by phone for a 55-minute personalized workout at CPC, grab their post-workout nutrition and head on their way, energized to conquer life’s challenges.

Our Performance Specialists are trained in the Core Performance methodology at the Athletes’ Performance Institute, and our partners include experts in their field, such as the Santa Monica Orthopaedic and Sports Medicine Group, a FIFA Medical Centre of Excellence. The Santa Monica Center also offers Physical Therapy to help you treat existing pain, reduce injury risks, and transition safely from rehabilition to performance training.

From the East (Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Los Angeles):

  1. Take the 10 Freeway west towards Santa Monica
  2. Exit onto Cloverfield Blvd. and turn right onto Cloverfield Blvd.
  3. Head 4 blocks to Santa Monica Blvd and turn left onto Santa Monica Blvd.
  4. Go one block to 20th Street and turn left.
  5. The parking garage is on your left-hand side (located on 20th Street between Broadway and Santa Monica Blvd.)

From Santa Monica/Malibu (Via the 10 Freeway):

  1. Head east on the 10 towards Los Angeles
  2. Exit at 20th St, turn left
  3. Go 3.5 blocks to parking garage on your right. (located on 20th Street between Broadway and Santa Monica Blvd.)

Entrance is from street level on Santa Monica Blvd at the corner of 20th Street.
